How to claim your Element United promotions

Whether you are a new or existing member of the Element United ecosystem, this page provides comprehensive information on how to claim your rewards so that you don't miss out.

Step 1: Create an Element United account and set up your Element Smart Wallet

If you already have an Element United account, then skip this step.

Step 2: Purchase a Node if necessary

There are 3 ways you can purchase your Element Nodes.

Via Ethereum transfer in the App

Sign into your Element account and visit the "Store" tab for further assistance. Need more guidance? Refer to the instructional video above.

Checkout through Shopify

Conveniently purchase your Nodes using a credit card via Shopify, subject to a nominal credit card processing fee.

Step 3: Contact the support team

(If checking out through Shopify you can skip this step.)

Once you have purchased the necessary items to qualify for the promotion or received a complimentary Lite node, please contact our support team via email or create a support ticket on our Discord channel (recommended option) for a faster response.  In your message, kindly provide the email address associated with your Element United account and any promo code being used.

Step 4: Set up your Nodes

Your nodes will be allocated to your account within the next 1-2 business days. Once you see them on your dashboard make sure to activate them. Visit our node setup page for detailed guidance.

That's it!!! You are now actively in the Element United Ecosystem.

Check your Element United dashboard periodically to ensure your nodes are running correctly. You should also check out the Rewards tab to see your current earnings.
